Hi, RM keep pushing their support contracts on the schools I support. Is there any legal requirement for them to have a contract with RM or a support Partner? I don't think there is. Thanks, Ken

Hi, Recently taken over supporting a school with Aruba AP-93 AP's. They have had no tech for some time, and all Aruba account logins have been lost. They have recently joined an Academy and have lost their purchase paperwork. Aruba(HP) have been unhelpful and unable to find any record of the purchase. Does anyone have the latest firmware for these points please? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Our science lady has just dug 6 TTS Log-Box devices out of a cupboard and asked me to put the software on the network. All the disks are missing! TTS do not supply spare disks, does anyone have one they would be willing to make an .iso of please? Thanks Ken

I know its late, but I discovered this thread while investigating this myself. I found no answers other than OPS files which you need to add to the MST when you deploy. However I've played myself and found the following registry key holds this information. So set it the way you want then export the key. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Data] This is for Word 2003. Hope this helps someone!
