polycom video conference "network resources unavailable"

Hello everyone,

 

I work for a school in Cornwall and we would like to set up a video conference to france.

Whenever i try and dial the number they gave us it comes up with this error;

"Network resources unavailable"

I’m going though SWGFL gateway keeper (so I believe anyway, my network manger said it was set up fine before)

 

Has anyone had the same problem?

Or even better does anyone know what the problem is? I’ve got a horrible feeling that it’s something our end and I’ve never used it before... I’ve just been chucked in the deep end with it
