garethEds Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 We have seen an odd one this week (it happens sometimes) where the pen continues to offer the user the right click options even though the button has not been pressed. So when you put the pen on the board it opens up a menu - as if it has been right clicked. We never know what to do so solve it. It generally goes but comes back every now and again. Any ideas? TRobinson Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Assuming that you have tried other ActivPens then I would advise that you contact our Technical Support Team so that they can ensure you have the latest software/drivers and firmware - you can contact them via the Promethean KB

Many thanks Gareth Just a note, we had this happen a few times before, quite often just unplugging the board off overnight, will fix it for us. Seems they get funny sometimes ps. sorry for ninja'ing thread Steve
