Allowing users to change printer when the application does not give you the option?

Hi Guys,

Running an Windows Server 2008/Windows 7 network.

Using GP default printer is set as black

A class at the moment are using the 2Simple suite of programs; specifically 2 graph. The problem we have with it is that the program does not give the user the chance to pick the printer they want to use - it just prints to the black printer. The teacher obviously wants to print the graphs out in colour.

Any ideas to allow the kids to change the printer? I was thinking of maybe some script that could be run to change the default printer to colour before launching the software?

Thanks

Have you configured the settings in the the Teacher Command screen, you run a key command (in the instruction book) and you can set printing preferences and other hidden options, works in most 2simple programs and I use it for setting save locations and print settings :)
