Serif Draw Plus X4 and VersaLaser 6.60

Hi

 

We are trying to use Serif Draw Plus X4 to run our Versalaser, but we are having problems.

 

The laser software will not recognise the information coming through from it as vector graphics and instead rasterises them, which means that what should be cut is instead 'etched'.

 

Does anyone out there have any experience of this issue, and has anyone been able to resolve it?
