squid web interface for configuration

Not sure if one exists but if not I was planning on making one in php. Who would be interested in such a development?

Hiyah ... there is already an app that will do the job its called webmin

Yeah, I think most people who use a web interface already use webmin SquidProxyServer < Webmin < TWiki

we use webmin here, as it enabled us to make modifications to the dansguardian system we where using. (which is retired now, but we still use the squid box) Edited February 5, 2016 by Areku

We did going back 15+ years... basic setup in webmin. Then used squidguard via custom php/sql for user and rule management.

 

Was r retired in 2010 with a new build.
