MattDLEA Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 One of our members of staff cant access there Mydocuments via the Start menu. Error is something along the lines of you don't have sufficient rights to do that however going to Mycomputer > N drive all the documents are there and accessible. Any ideas
Hightower Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Just reset the profile. Get that quite often here (like 2 or 3 times a month) with the kids - never seen it with a staff account yet though

Connect to their machines registry & change HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ User Shell Folders \ Personal back to "N:\"
