does sdtron work with windows 7?

I deployed it way back, but have completely forgotten about it since. I assume its still working?

Did you ever find out? I am going to test this just wondering if you knew if it did.

Thanks

I have just tested it on my test Windows 7 machine and it was preparing to shut the station down after I advanced the local system time down to when my nightly shutdown occurs so I would say Shutdownertron work on Windows 7 [or at least it does for me: No changes to the settings (same as my XP stations)]

HTH.

yeah i must admit Ive not seen or heard of any evidence of labs being on overnight so i have to assume its working. I will check the event-logs of one of the lab workstations tomorrow if I remember.

AFAIK the release notes only make mention of issues of using the deployment tools.

But ill check, someone PM or @ mention me to remind me please

Just been playing with Shutdownertron on Windows XP. Has anyone managed to work out how to make the "Abort" option come to front when displayed to users? I am currently testing it in a single room at the moment and when the warning is displayed to users, it always sits behind all the other active windows. Anyone aware of a way round this?
