How to export only labelled emails from One Gmail account to another?

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to transfer only labelled emails from one gmail account to another? I currently have mail work and personal emails feeding into one account but now we have Google Apps Education I would like to seperate and transfer my existing work emails into my new account.
