why narrow it down to indian call centres, i'm pretty sure 99% of bankers here have stolen from us!

Nigerian bank account scammers employed by UK banks to handle account details.

Apparently there is already a lot of scamming going on. The fake Microsoft 'support' calls were supposed to origionate from call centers.
