Hightower Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Got to admit I'd rather be too cold than too hot. It's a whole lot easier to warm up when cold, than to cool down when hot.
RabbieBurns Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 you get used to it to be honest. Was back in glasgow for xmas so had the snow and ice and sub temperatures. Put on a jacket and hat and turn up the central heating. Here, you put on some sunglasses and shorts and turn up the air conditioning.. All i have here is a crappy fan though, and its 32C still at 11:35pm, but its not uncomfortable. Football training in similar temperature was a bit tough tonight tho.. But leaving the office and being in the sea 15 mins later sure is a nice way to unwind after the stress of the new school year starting this week!
tech_guy Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Yeah, but you're gonna get rained on on Thursday by the look of it. Hope your car sunroof gets jammed open...
Willott Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Just remember when it rains that it's all of us "envious" people p**sing on you... That is all...
LiamH Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 But leaving the office and being in the sea 15 mins later sure is a nice way to unwind after the stress of the new school year starting this week! Wasn't that long ago that the sea was coming into peoples work in Queensland though! I will keep the "meh" weather and you can keep the extreme weather and poisonous animals TA!
