Roughley0 Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 We have replaced a Promethean Activeboard with a Smart board and still need to use the Activote voting system. Has anyone got this to work ?
CESIL Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Does your voting kit include a usb receiver pod? I think you will need to use one of these as the Activote pods communicate with the board...AFAIK...
Roughley0 Posted January 27, 2011 Author Posted January 27, 2011 Thank you. Yes it has the usb receiver pod and the lights just flash around in a circle when plugged in. I get a message 10081 Error message: "This Hardware Software Combination is Not Permitted in this Country" when trying to register an ActiVote or ActivSlate device.
