SMART board 680 keeps switching off

Hi guys,

 

I wonder if anyone could help me.

 

I have a few dell Dimensions which are running a SMART board. If the SMART board isn't used for 20 minutes or so the green light turns red and of course becomes unresponsive. I've checked the power management in the USB Root Hub and the SMART board service doesn't stop. One of those problems that you know should be simple to fix but have just run out of ideas.

Power options properties, turn off monitor = never ?

Haven't seen this one but I have all my SMART connected computers - no power saving - screensaver set to 90mins - no going back to welcome screen etc.
