No its a Snow News Day

I'll have you know that it snows so infrequently here in Kent that a snowman probably has monetary value!.

 

We may have had over a foot down now and a similar amount fell last winter, but before that the last decent snowmen were built c1987!

 

 

EDIT having read the report it was in Chatham original home of the chav... anything's possible there, including a black white market in snowmen!
