Wireless Printing - Pictures Part Printing

Some times when sending pictures to our colour copier from certain devices wireless only a small portion of the picture prints. If I do it from another device wireless or not it prints fine.

 

Should I be looking at wireless drivers or printer drivers or spool problems?
