Netwacky87 Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Hi All! Ive got such a niggly problem that I cannot solve! Our users are experiencing a problem when they run Search in XP they get the error: "A file that is required to run Search Companion cannot be found. You may need to run setup" This happens on quite a few of our PC's around school and I read somewhere that its because our proxy denies "http://sa.windows.com" so thats been added as an exception now... Ive read everywhere how to fix this but no solution works at all! (only way is to re-format)... Anybody else come across this problem? Ta, Mart
