unauthenticated emails

I use the built in email feature of my printers to email me status messages which works great! I enter a sudo email address for the printer ([email protected]) the exchange servers name (exchange) and my email address and this works great. I understand that this only works because it's internal email, now I would like the printer to send dealer reports to an external email.

 

I've now created a real email account for a real domain user called [email protected] but I need to do something else what is it?
