moving the documents to windows 7 from xp

on mf my teacher bought a new laptop windows 7, she wants to move all her documents about 30 GB from old laptop which is XP. is there any easy way to do it?

I guess you have a few options:

 

- External Hard Drive to Copy Data from One Location to another

- Via Network Share or Network Connectivity

- Cross Over Cable between the two machines if separate device.

Can the Easy Transfer Wizard help with this? I would agree with EduTech's suggestions though.

One more: external caddy or dock - whip the old drive out and stick it in.
