wesleyw Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Is there any way of setting up a rule in OWA that moves all of the messages you receive who are not in you internal domain or in Contacts to another folder? Wes
EduTech Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 The Rule's are quite limited in OWA if I remember correctly, If you set them up in Outlook don't they transfer to OWA or am I dreaming :L James.

Yeah this happens - I think outlook sets the rules up in exchange somehow to transfer it to the folder as it does automatically move them inside the mailbox as they appear inside the folders on all devices

If you have Exchange 2010 and install SP1 your Outlook rules do appear in OWA. The SP1 version of OWA is far better than the one which installs with Exchange 2010 and is very similar to Outlook.

Yeah I know it does that in Exchange 2010, Unless Wes has changed since last time I spoke to him I believe he is running 2007. James.
