[Internet Explorer] websistes not refreshing

well IE is not refreshehing sites anymore i see old contetns on them, unless i press the "Crtl and R" button any idea why is this? i click back here and it shows the old contents but if i click "crtl and r" since refresh dont budge it

Have you tried clearing out your history and cache also how is your system clock. If it thinks that your last visit happened before your current one it may not bother refreshing.
