ICT Technician Job on West / South Yorks border

After the recent untimely death of a colleague, we are looking to recruit a replacement tech:

 

ICT TECHNICIAN

 

This post is for 37 hours per week, Full Time

 

Scale G5 (Salary range - £17,161 - £19,126)

 

Required as soon as possible to join our ICT team to support our growing infrastructure and to improve client support.

 

You will ideally have IT help desk support experience with knowledge of networking and hardware issues. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an understanding of the need to prioritise client issues.

 

As part of the role you may be required to travel to a nearby faculty, therefore a driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.

 

Closing date: 9.00am Friday 8th October 2010

 

Starting salary will be at bottom of range
