Desktop Font - Profile

Hi,

On our admin domain they have everything stored in their profiles.

A user was having problems and logged onto her machine with a different username. Since then her font on desktop icons has changed - gone slightly italic. Is it best to delete profile or is there a setting ? I have checked the font in preferences and its the same as every other pc
