Roaming profiles - limiting to one or two folders

Is it possible to let JUST the My Documents (XP) or Documents (Win7) folders roam? I don't care about links, desktop, music, videos, or anything else for that matter. Edited August 16, 2010 by Clockworks

copy the whole lot then just delete what you dont want/need from the destination

redirect the others to a non writeable location? but some folders will always roam/not be redirectable. Personally when i set up from scratch i set any folder i can ro roam to \\server\users%\group\desktop or whatever

Well, I found the location in the GPO to exclude some folders (Desktop, My Music, and the sort). I input the folder name (Application Data; Desktop; Favorites; My Documents\My Music) and it still grabs the entire profile. What's going on?
