Hello.

I really wanna shut down remotly my brother's computer, haha.

So, I typed "shutdown -i", a box poped up saying to add a computer.

So I try adding his IP, or even his computer name. Then I pressed

OK, and I saw;

*His IP Address* - Access is denied (5).

Why does it happen? Is there a way to make an access for me there?

(His computer..). Thank you!

Well yes, it will be access denied because you don't have permission to shut down "his" computer.

You would need an account with suitable permissions to do this.

because it would be aiding you to hack your brothers computer. Why don't you stick a bucket of water on top of his door if you want to play a prank on him.
