I can go to his computer and do stuff, how do I make my self a permission?

Hello. I really wanna shut down remotly my brother's computer, haha. So, I typed "shutdown -i", a box poped up saying to add a computer. So I try adding his IP, or even his computer name. Then I pressed OK, and I saw; Why does it happen? Is there a way to make an access for me there? (His computer..). Thank you!
