[wanted] A big plea for IT Equipment

Hi,

 

As some of you may know our school is merging with another. The school we are merging with has not got a good IT system. In total they have 5 IWB's loads of CRT monitors etc. We dont have the money to replace them i am afraid.

 

If anyone is giving any IT Equipment away in the surrounding areas around Rochdale, please would you kindly let me know

PCs too or just IWB/Projectors/Monitors? We have ~25 RM SFF desktops going spare, though not great spec (Celeron 2.4ghz, 256mb ram, 40GB HDD, XP COA). Been meaning to get them recycled for ages but just not got round to it yet. We still have a few CRTs dotted around and likewise are struggling to get shut with no funds to replace them.

For PC's i think we are ok for now. We got some today, but i will check it out.

 

IWB's are a big one at the moment. Other stuff such as TFT monitors is also something we are after.

 

Another thing we need is Brackets & Cables for Promethean boards.

 

If anyone does have anything that just let me know

I've got some serial cables for promthean boards. The one's with the power adaptor plugged in to the back of the port as well, you can have them if you want?
