We are looking to help a primary school next door to us who run a CC3 network, their old IT person who left a while ago seems to have taken any documentation for it, I have tried to see what I can download from RM but most of the manuals are greyed out and says I need to apply for further access ??

SO was wondering if anyone had these manuals for CC3 they could email me please ?

Thanks

Jay

If they are greyed out then you are not entitled to them (or if you think you should be entitled then there is a problem with your access).

I suggest you contact RM to see where you stand as I don't believe that people should be sharing these around.

There are still copyrighted material and available to people with support contracts.

Just be aware that by sharing copyright material you are breaking the law, and also bear in mind who might be reading these boards ;)

The easiest thing to do is to have your account with RM linked to both your existing school and the school you are going to support (they probably already have at least one account on the RM site anyway) and then you should have access to all the relevant materials.

I wouldn't be surprised is someone from RM drops you a PM to let you know this too (Hint, Hint!)

Best thing to do would be for the primary school to ring RM and get their own RM.com account set up (they probably already have one just don't know the log on details!) and then they can allow you to use that account to access all of the resources that the school are entitled to under their support contract.
