Hi guys is there a free network management program or client viewing software that i can use?

We use iTALC here.

There's also Spiceworks and The Dude on Windows, and Zenoss on Linux.

Also consider one of the many versions of VNC

TightVNC here with no problems.

 

We use it more as a support tool, rather than a classroom management tool.
