Hi guys and gals !!

The microsoft pages are seriously doing my head in at the moment, we're getting live@edu all setup and ready for the coming year but we want to use this olsync (or galsync or olma or whatever they are calling it these days) for AD syncing.

Issue that I am having is that I cannot seem to get the download for it from anywhere on the microsoft connect site..

I keep just getting sent round and round in circles saying that I dont have permissions etc (am logged in with our live@edu admin account), or ending up with just a txt file.

Anyone got any ides where/how I can get this ??

Sadly not, that takes me through to the page I've been looking at where it says :

"Page Not Found

The content that you requested cannot be found or you do not have permission to view it.

If you believe you have reached this page in error, click the Help link at the top of the page to report the issue and include this ID in your e-mail: 19a0882c-11bd-4f5b-b4ae-8cd1f0b3adfb

Microsoft Connect welcome page. "

Seem to be getting that everywhere I go.

Thanks though.

I'll jump in and reply to this one directly - Hi Jake, I'm the Live@edu deployment specialist for the UK, happy to help.

We sometimes see issues where customers that have signed up to Live@edu don't get Connect authorisation. You can log a support call to get this fixed though - go to http://eduadmin.live.com, click the support link on the left, and either submit via email or call the freephone number.

That'll take a couple of days to get fully resolved though - so in the mean time, I'm happy to send you the files. Drop me an email on [email protected] and I'll send them & the documentation over to you.

just to threadjack - Ben I'm hoping to catchup with you at TeachMeet Moodle on 3rd July - but just in advance did you ever look to see if with the moodle plugin I can have the extra functionality etc without users having to login with the live@edu email?

I would be very interested in extra functionality in with the Moodle plugin.
