We currently have 10 Digiblue cameras which the kids loved using but unforunately havent lasted the year. Another problem was the sound recording was so poor they kids had to either overlay music or a voice track.

Is there anything out there i can use in their place? Less the £100 is what im looking for. Was looking at the Flips but just read that if the screen goes it basically the bin for it.

Just use cheap £50 - £70 cannon digi cams here. Fairly easy to use and much much better quality video and use Movie Maker to edit.

Digiblues are total rubbish.

Same problem here and I would just use a good digital camera that does video and use other software with the camera if they want to do animation.

How about sub £100.00 Digital camera? Many take VGA video that will import straight into MovieMaker.

Good point, our Sanyos produce MP4 files which aren't natively supported by Movie Maker XP.
