What I meant by that is I wouldn't know where to start embedding iPlayer. I've found how to embed past programs but streams seem difficult. I'll work on this next week in half term.

Do you know of any other news or entertainment live feeds going via YouTube? Good ol' Google doesn't seem to be very helpful!

Not that I am aware of.

 

I don't think you'll ever see Channel 4 News (for example) on YouTube because the company hates YouTube.

Yes, we noticed this yesterday - I *think* it's the change from flash to HTML5 but haven't looked into it enough to be sure.

Thanks for the update. I now see the video but it has a black bar across the middle with "Please Standby." on it.

There is, although when I tried it I get the "Please stand by" message and the video doesn't play.

 

The iframe method of embedding videos is the only one recommended by Google now.
