We have a number of Kyocera printers and we have always found it easier to contact them direct when we have any problems. A couple of weeks ago one of our year old FS2020s started making horrible noises. After a look we decided it was beyond us so, a call to Kyocera. 2 days later printer exchange complete - no questions, no quibble, just new printer sent out and broken one collected.

laserblazer FS1010s. Built like tanks - very slow to operate. Peanuts to run - yes, because they're always jamming up and not feeding paper correctly so never get used! :) (From our experience. Thankfully got rid of them all now).
