I'm off to London Expo, gaming, anime, random geekiness, lots of cool nerdy items to buy, I couldn't be happier! Especially as I missed the last one due to being at a convention elsewhere, I'll be cosplaying too Not sure what I'll be doing for the rest of the weekend, probably just chilling out and recovering from Saturday, after the expo it'll be time to hit the pub.

Iain.Faulkner Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 I've got a mad week ahead of me, Skiing at Chill Factor tomorrow, then off to Nottingham for the Dot 2 Dot festival on Sunday. Drive to Wales on Monday through till Thursday where hopefully it will be gloriously sunny and I can spend time in the pool :-) and then to Scotland for 3 days golfing trip from next Friday. I can't believe I've actually got a whole school holiday off work though :-)

soveryapt Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 House hunting this weekend for me and the mrs, followed by a week of not much, but probably looking to redesign my freelance site (something I keep meaning to do) .. Maybe try and get out and do some walking or I might even dust off the old cycle and get out on that .. who knows .. lol .. the pest that is my 6 year old girl is with me the latter end of the week, so perhaps some days out to nice places too are in order ..

Practice session Sat am, run a beginners course pm, competition all day Sunday, club fun shoot Monday :-) Then on Tuesday its back to work with a load of switch/server/storage reconfiguration and start building some 2008 R2 vm's.

The Mighty Valients!!! - We were so convinced we were getting to the play off finals we rebooked our holiday to go on the Monday. Heartbreak. But I must remember this is an IT forum not onevalefan.co.uk who are the vale...PORT VALE...the ONLY fans with a real stake on 'The Wonder Of You'.
Rydra Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Collectormania MK is on this weekend, Patrick Stewart doing some signings, hopefully I'll get one, but if the cue is too long I'll consider it a dodged bullet! Then out to do some shopping, followed by dinner, and a movie! (Edit, clicked too early!) Then it's a bit of housework which has been neglected due to finishing my degree assignment, and maybe a BBQ with a few mates if the weather is good one night! Other than that, the usual geek fest spending hours on end playing online games!
