Eportal Reports entry

What are the actual requirements for using eportal on a workstation not server- obviosly a browser, Java?

 

looked on the web but cant find nothing.

 

Our eportal is working fine for registers, adding events but when staff try and enter reports data the browser just hangs and eventually crashes. I can only find one machine that it seems to work on, and thats the Data managers! on my PC its crashed using , IE, FF and chrome.

 

Staff here have just finished reports a few weeks ago for another years groups with no problems and we havent changed or updated anything since then.

The main Serco Portal site has the system requirements but for pure E-Portal they are not that strenuous, we run it fine on our PCs which are 5+ years old in a large number of cases. I have poked someone at Serco to give you some spec info / point you at it....
