Yes i am at Wyggeston & Q.E.I.College with Josie.

Although she is not in our department we have

IT Manager

Senior Technician (System Administrator)

Web Developer

4 x Technicians (1 is temporary for a year)

That might be a lot for a school maybe and id say we are only a small College 2000 students 300 staff 500 PC's 300 laptops so still 120+ pc's per techie.

on 15 aprrox at moment but weill go i susoect as we are about to really start pushing it localy and also we maybe nothing promised be getting a mention at naace conference at end of the week.

 

So we want you to come we need as many people to come and tell as many people as they can...

1:30 till 2:30 - Lunch

 

2:30 - 3:30 - Apple Talk

 

3:30 - 4 - coffee (meetup session so guests and speakers can talk)

school forge uk are going to talk about opensource in genreal and using linux in schools..

 

there will plenty of time to talk to both speakers with specific things that you want answered...
