I agree Geoff it’s often down to much discussion and not enough men out there getting the job done. Its no use talking about problems without acting on them, one part of the article that jumps off the page is the fact that a number was plucked out of the air for this OS rollout. Does the number of machines you wish to deploy not depend on the technicians you have with the experience and knowledge to support them.
