Right, This tends to appear when the outlook client is pointing to the server to an address such as sch-exchange.domain.internal rather than your SSL Certificate.

 

Also, You need to make sure that your SSL Certificate is an UCC Certificate

Is it a certificate you published? Has it expired?

 

If you published it and it hasnt expried push it out in group policy it will sort it: Deploying a Self-Signed Root Certificate with Group Policy

I encountered this same error. A little digging determined that the user in question was only experiencing this after connecting a VPN to another site.

 

I found that the the VPN was tunneling all DNS requests. The DNS request for our exchange server was then forwarded to OpenDNS, which replied with the IP address of its webserver.

 

I added a record in the hosts file, and the issue was resolved.
