alt + k when typing a name in the address bar in outlook automatically resolves it against your contacts

 

for example i was in address list as glennda i could type gle press alt +k and it auto puts in glennda

You wouldn't have noticed it Si on your Toshibas as it was with Windows XP Toshiba's so you would have missed it as the DOS FDDs would have been out
