You don't need to wait for 2simple, flash in its pretty MSIs break themselves through upgrades too, 10 - 11 caused me to learn powershell in order to clean up the mess it made.

I don't upgrade [as such]

I have an uninstaller that strips everything flash related out.

All so that the kiddies can "Paint a picture"

Oh no, we have RM Colour Magic for that... :suicide:

I try to keep things as simple as possible, unfortunately you can't deploy 'nukes from orbit' via a GPO so I had to settle for PowerShell.

Tuxpaint via a custom MSI here for the children/teachers and paint.net via msi for the advanced users/children :) Both of which work fine.

Today, my least favourite piece of software is ISA2006. I've got so hacked off with it I'm sacking it off in favour of TMG. Building it as we speak.

Ummm, careful, if ISA irritated you TMG may well break you. What was the problem with ISA, perhaps another thread. TMG has about 50/50 odds as the best thing ever or the end of all hope in the universe. It is both that bad and that good with an unknown amount of black magic in-between the two extremes.

Edit: TMG is the only product I have ever downgraded from, if I had a dollar for every packet it randomly lost I'd have long ago retired and own my own island. We only ran it in two places for a month, one worked the other DIDN'T.
