Microsoft Office Printing Problem

Hi guys, firstly the office i have is 2003 and is running on XP. When i try to print it works fine

but if i alter the number of copys it still only prints one copy, any ideas for a fix?

 

Tried a repair to no avail and also did a reinstall with no difference, i dont really see it as a problem but the teacher does!

Can you print multiple copies from other programs? Is the problem just when you print from Office apps?

Yep Notepad and Wordpad work fine

What printer is it? This sounds awfully like a printer driver issue rather than a Word issue.

which driver is this ? ie pcl 6, pcl 5 or w/e

its an oki and were using the PCL, we also have a lexmark that still has the same problem. Also there is only one machine that does this

Definitely a printer driver issue. Had the same fault on a HP printer.
