Sparklebox can be unblocked if you ask

Saw a letter sent to head today that says Lancs are going to continue blocking sparklebox but that schools can have it unblocked on individual basis by requesing in writing.

 

This head said she's not going to have it unblocked.

PS But upside is that it proves that Lancs/CLEO can selectively unblock websites for different primary schools which they've denied they had the capability to do in the past
