Hi all

This is a stange issue that we here have not seen before and can't seem to figure out.

Please see attatched image (scanned)

Someone is designing (don't ask me why!) a magazine front cover in Word. It prints fine to a PDF creator, but when it prints to a printer we get the attatched file where half the images are getting cut off/not appearing.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

How does it print if you print off the .PDF?

I find sometimes I get hung up on sorting the problem when a work-around is much more acceptable to the user.

HP colour laserjet with PCL6 drivers?

Nope and nope :(

I think it might be a colour space issue, is the imported picture a standard Jpeg?

Also in word? Poor kids

PagePlus: FREE Desktop Publishing software download get them using this, its free and VERY good for basic designed flyers and magazines.

Thanks! Will give that a go
