Not sure whether to laugh or be saddened by this: Similar to the UK's Government advice: Protect and Survive.

 

Point 4 and 7 give me the most cause for concern.

 

4 because putting a newspaper over your head will not protect you from any form of nuclear blast/fallout [none of the advice given here will really help you survive a nuclear attack]

 

7 because by implication there will be some fatalities as a result of 'what is going on'
