Frog with SIMS

Hi,

 

Forgive me if I'm being dumb...but...

 

We've just got Frog installed and went live with teachers this week. We've had people complaining that there's no way of emailing for example all Year 12 tutors. No problem we thought...just go to the Toolkit and create a new group called "Year 12 tutors" and assign the users to that group. Great.

 

However when you're logged in as anyone other than a full administrator you cannot see that group. It appears that groups are only available if they're MIS groups.

 

So, any ideas how we create such groups in SIMS to then appear in Frog? And how do we assign people to those groups?
