Hi Guys

 

is there anywhere is can get simple how to guides for RM CC3?

 

such as..

 

How to add software

 

How to add users

 

basic stuff but I will be helping out at a school with a cc3 network and would like to "brush up" my skill set..

 

any help would be great as I havn't touch an RM PC since early window box..

The CC3 Reference Manual is probably your best bet.

 

If they have a support contract the RM Communities and Support Library will be very useful to you also.

Well you generally need a valid support contract to access this information.

First step would be to check with the school whether they have a contract in place. If they do you can access the RM knowledge library and get hold of the CC3 manual and a wealth of other material, and access to RM communities as well.

Thread mine but I'm after a guide like this if anyone has one

I have access to RM support website but I'm new to the job and want something to read through for some general knowledge.

I have picked up most things from the other guys in my team but still interesting to see the methods from RM direct.

 

Also - hi all - new here and hoping to be here a long time and give some good contributions to this community!
