Ok, So today we finally decided to plug our Smoothwall Box directly into our DSL router (it was previously routing via ISA and causing a few problems with loss of connection)

Anyway .. it appears to have knocked off our website and our webmail (Moorside High School and https://mail.moorsidehigh.com/owa respectively)

Not sure why but damned annoying none the less...

Both sites work fine internally using the same links

Have you opened ports 80 (http) and 443 (https) to the external interface?

That may explain OWA as I think that requires a secure connection.

[Edit] Just checked, http address for your mail server resolves here, but returns a 403, so its going to be 443 blocked in the rules.[/Edit]
