Edu-IT Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Anyone got a working version of this they can perhaps supply me with? The disc I've got complains about all sorts of missing files when I try to run it. If not, I think the SEN department may need to upgrade.
Edu-IT Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 Just been thinking. We used to run this application from our CD server (which is no more) so perhaps that is why this was done, because it won't install to the local machine. If anyone has managed to do this please do let me know.

sted Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 should work without a cd server iirc (good job as most cd servers ive got left are on last legs) i can find 2.3 and 2001 but no 2.1

LeMarchand Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Hi - just had a look at the disc. IIRC it just installed without problems using the Setup (didn't try the MSI). Of course, it may well be that this "urgently needed" software has never been used since and doesn't work at all.
cookie_monster Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I think this is a good time to give the department a nudge towards getting rid of the software, that's what we did If you really can't shake the stick from their mouth I think we have a copy gathering dust somewhere.
