Disease Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Anyone know why sims would be showing yesterdays timetable rather than todays? If you click forward on the timeline to tomorrow it's fine, but today is stuck on Groundhog day It's even affecting te cover module.

apeo Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Ok so you have yesterdays timetable as today but tomorrows timetable is right? Sound like the timetabler needs to have a look at the timetable.. Looks more to do with a misconfigured timetable at this stage..
Sivadam Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Sounds to be like somebody has screwed up their dates when sending a new timetable to SQL from NT6. Apply Timetable for the relevant date range ought to sort it. Beware you do not backdate this 'Apply Timetable' or you will lose Attendance/Lesson Marks and Cover in Cover7 for the historical dates. When run mid year (usually as a result of a Cycle Change) it is preferable to do it for a date in the future! (say next week!)
Disease Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 Fixed thorugh our support partner:- Here is the solution if anyone else has the problem: Run a Backup in Sims In Sims .net Route - Tools -> Academic Management -> Apply Timetable Under the Date Range (on the left hand side) Change the From Date to the beginning of the week Leave the To Date intact. At the bottom of the screen, under the heading - (from date) Maps to Timetable Day Change the drop down list to show the name of the day corresponding to the date entered in the Date Range "From" box. Click Apply Click Save Hope this helps anyone else who gets the same situation.
