DMcCoy Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Oh well I got to the bottom of that in annoying fashion. I thought i'd try another monitor again, i'm unplugging it when I hear a clunk. I look down the back of the desk to discover a video splitter that had fallen off the desk, DOH!!! Unplug that and it instantly jumps to the correct resolution, plug it back in and it reverts back. SIGH No DDC via the splitter then?

SIGH Didnt realise you were going through a splitter - so was that a limitation on the video splitter as apposed to the TFT or the Intel graphics card ?

I didn't either like I say it had fallen down the back of the desk so i couldn't see it the board and monitor support it as I thought, just not through the splitter. 1
