I went through singapore when going to australia the 2nd time I went and was attempting to order a meal that had egg fried rice - let's just say that the r's got substituted with L's and consequently I had to double check what I was getting.

 

Namely egg fried rice became egg flied lice - now that's engrish fol you.

And I though that was just a piece of nonsense used in films etc as a poor joke on how orientals pronounce some English words [like Clueso/Pink Panther, Poirot/Death on The Nile,...]

That I have noticed and not sure if it was just the part I went to or what exactly as I could be wrong but they seemed to get there R's and L's muddled up.
